Here's a fast and easy dinner!
Chili Cheese Bake
(serves 4-6)
1 pound ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
7 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

1 (15.5 oz.) can chili beans, with sauce
2 cans tomatoes with green chiles
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a larges cast iron skillet, cook ground chuck and onion. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, bring oil to temperature and cook hash browns according to package directions.
- Combine beef mixture with chili beans and tomatoes. Add seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Pour mixture over hash browns in skillet and top with cheese.
- Bake until mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes.
